Old or unfinished business-
Update on audit of the city’s financials- by City Clerk John Farrell 
Bids were solicited from Decker & Pace for audit of city financials. The last audit was completed in 2024 for FY 2021. The firm suggested audit for FY 2025 and FY 2026 and submitted bid at a cost of $7,500 for each year.

Julia Damer- Reimbursement for alleged damage to plumbing fixtures from sediment in city water following a leak and flushing of city lines

Trunk or Treat- Truman Lake Manor and the Lowry City Community Betterment will host Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. in the Truman Lake Manor parking lot at 600 E. 7th Street. The public is invited to attend for hot dogs and trick and treats. Different groups are welcome to join in passing out treats from their trunks. Those interested in setting up a trunk or treat table are urged to contact Amy Dwyer, 417-644-2248.
