On February 20, 2026 at 4:30pm notice of the meeting was announced in a post on the city’s Facebook page. On February 23, 2026 at 8am a copy of this notice was posted on the city’s public board by the city clerk pursuant to RSMo. 610.02. A copy was also emailed to the St. Clair County Courier by City Clerk John Farrell.
